Valley First’s Feed the Valley concert is July 27 featuring Lucy Blu & Blu Boys (blues, jazz, swing). Admission to all concerts is by donation while donations of non-perishable food items are welcome on Feed the Valley night.

Parks Alive!
Valley First Community Music Tuesdays

Tuesdays, July 4 - August 29, 2017

Parks Alive! Is a community-oriented concert program dedicated to maximizing the potential of Kelowna’s lakefront and community parks by stimulating a vibrant arts and culture environment. Each week in July and August from Tuesday through Saturday, and every second Sunday, live concerts are held in parks and public spaces throughout Kelowna, and feature both amateur and professional performing artists from a variety of musical genres.

Admission to the concerts are free, however donations are encouraged and gratefully accepted. Valley First’s Feed the Valley program supporting food banks welcomes donations of non-perishable food items during the Tuesday night concert series.

Music in the Park, West Kelowna concerts

Fridays, July 7 - August 25, 2017

Performances begin at 6:40 pm, the general format starts with the emerging artist, followed by a 45 minute set by a local band at 7 pm and a 60 minute set by our headlining artist at 8 pm. This year shows on Aug. 11, 18 and 25th will feature two sets by the same band.

Food vendors are on site from 6:00pm to 9:00 pm. Come early, get a bite to eat, find your perfect seats in the new amphitheater, feel free to bring lawn chairs or a blanket.

70th Peachfest Grand Parade

Once again, the Penticton Fire Department joins forces with EZ ROCK (SUN FM), The Penticton Salvation Army, Valley First & Feed the Valley to accept cash donations, collect non-perishable food items for the food bank while raising awareness and keeping the food bank front of mind all year round.

Annual United Way Drive Thru Breakfast

The Penticton Lakeside Resort entrance will once again transform into the Drive Thru Breakfast in support of your community! This annual fundraiser will feature grand prizes, a fully loaded breakfast bag and truck-load of community spirit.

Your donation will also go directly to the United Way CSO’s community investments supporting over 17 charities that serve 26,500 people in need in the South Okanagan. Help kids reach their full potential, move people from poverty to possibility and build a health, strong community.
