Call the number on the sticker affixed to the front of your card or log in to CardWise and:
  1. Click on Activate on card image
  2. Enter Expiration Date and Security Code
  3. Click Activate

Online

  1. Log in to CardWise on your desktop or mobile app
  2. Navigate to the Manage Card menu and Click on Set PIN and follow the prompts


ATM

  1. Find an EXCHANGE ATM that is enabled to accept Mastercard, like any Envision Financial ATM
  2. Select the PIN Change option and follow the on-screen prompts.

You can have a replacement card sent to you by calling 1-855-341-4643 and following the prompts for lost or stolen credit card.

If you're already registered for CardWise or MyCardInfo, you can login to your account to view transactions, statements and your reward points balance.

If you're not registered for online access, you must first register to access your account online.

There are three optoins to make payments to your credit card.
  1. Setup a payment by logging into CardWise to setup a withdraw from your bank account.
  2. Visit a branch and pay in person
  3. Add Collabria MasterCard as a new bill payee in online banking. Note that a payment in online banking can take up to 5 business days to process.

To set up automatic payments to your Mastercard you must first add a payment account:

  1. Log into your CardWise account
  2. Select Make a Payment from the main screen.
  3. Click Manage Payment Accounts. Click Add Account.
  4. Fill in banking information and click Add Account. The account is added and ready for use.
Next, you can setup your AutoPay:
  1. Log into your CardWise account, if you're not already logged in
  2. Select Make a Payment from the main screen
  3. Select Autopay
  4. Choose the payment option. For Custom Amount, enter the dollar amount. Click Schedule
  5. Click OK. Autopay is now activated

Note: Ensure to make your current payment as your first AutoPay payment will take effect on the next statement cycle.

If you paid using CardWise, contact Collabria Support at 1-855-341-4643—the number that appears on the back of your Mastercard.   

However, if you paid using online banking, please call our Contact Centre at 1-888-597-6083 and a representative will be able to assist you. 

Please note, payments made through online banking can take up to 5 business days to process.

You can find your rewards points balance or redeem your points by registering on the rewards site collabriacreditcards.ca/cashrewards.

CardWise replaced MyCardInfo and is Collabria's new online digital account management tool where you can access your credit card account information 24/7. You can register for CardWise through the CardWise Mobile app or CardWise Online (cardwiseonline.ca). With CardWise, you can check your balance, make payments or set up AutoPay, enroll in eStatements, configure controls & alerts on your account, and more!
