What can we help you with today?

 

Online

  1. Visit mycardinfo.com
  2. Click Enroll located below the Login button.
  3. Follow the steps to create a profile.
  4. When you receive the Card Activation Query message, click Yes.
  5. Enter the three-digit code on the back of your new Mastercard as well as the expiration date and click Continue.
  6. Once the screen displays the Your card has been activated. message, the activation is complete.

By phone

  1. Call the automated card activation service at the number that appears on the sticker on the front of your new card: 1-866-498-3840
  2. Follow the prompts including entering your card number, birth year, birth day and month and the security code that appears on the back of your new card.
  3. The system will confirm the card activation was successful or will transfer you to a live agent to complete the activation.
  4. Do not select the option to change PIN online. Using the PIN mailed to you is simpler.
  5. After activation, discard the sticker from the front of your card. You can now use your Mastercard by using its tap functionality.

At an EXCHANGE ATM

  1. If you have your PIN, go to an EXCHANGE ATM that is enabled to accept Mastercard, like any Valley First ATM. 
  2. Select the PIN Change option and follow the on-screen prompts.  

By phone

  1. Call 1-866-498-3840, select the language and enter your card number.
  2. On the menu, select the option to Change your PIN and follow the prompts.
  3. The system will confirm the PIN change was successful or will transfer you to a live agent to complete the PIN change.  

If you didn’t receive your new PIN in the mail or you’ve misplaced or forgotten it, not a problem. You can select a new one during the activation process. Here’s how: 

  1. Call the automated card activation service at the number that appears on the sticker on the front of your new card: 1-866-498-3840 
  2. Follow the prompts including entering your card number, birth year, birth day and month and card the security code that appears on the back of your new card. 
  3. The system will confirm the card activation was successful or will transfer you to a live agent to complete the activation. 
  4. You will then be provided with an option to change your PIN. Press 1 to change your PIN and follow the prompts. 
  5. The system will confirm the PIN change was successful or will transfer you to a live agent to complete the PIN change.
  6. Your first purchase must be made at an in-store terminal as follows: 
  • Insert your card into the merchant’s payment device (tap functionality will not work). 
  • Complete three PIN entries at a POS terminal. 
  • The first two entries will fail and the third will activate your new PIN and complete your purchase. 

Your future Mastercard purchases can now be completed by using its tap functionality or by entering your new PIN only once. 

You currently can't access your credit card information from online banking. You'll need to register on mycardinfo.com. If you have multiple card types, you'll need to register each separately.  

Within mycardinfo.com you can view transactions, statements and your reward points balance. You can also make payments and set up fraud and travel alerts. 

You can find your rewards points balance by registering on the rewards site collabriacreditcards.ca/cashrewards or through mycardinfo.com

There are three ways to make a payment to your credit card account. The fastest and recommended approach is to register with mycardinfo.com to make a payment from your account or call Collabria customer support with your account information.   

Alternatively, you can pay in-person at the Enderby & District Financial Branch. This method can also take up to 5 business days to process.  

To set up automatic payments to your Mastercard:

  1. Log into your mycardinfo.com account
  2. Hover over the Payments tab
  3. Select Automatic Payments from the drop-down menu.

You'll then be taken to the AutoPay page. Note: you will need to confirm your email address every 180 days.

  1. Select a payment option from the drop-down menu. You can choose to either Pay the minimum payment each month or to Pay the balance each month.
  2. Select the account type that wish to pay from (either a chequing or a savings account).
  3. Enter the Branch Transit Number followed by the Financial Institution Number of the account you'd like to make your payment from without a space between the two. Enderby & District Financial's Institution number is 809 and the branch number is 17310, so you would enter 17310809.
  4. Enter your account number. If you're using an Enderby & District Financial account, you can find your account number in online banking or on mobile banking.
    • In online banking, you can find your account number on the right hand side of your screen under Account Details when you select the desired account.
    • In mobile banking, you can find your account number by tapping the Accounts tile, selecting the desired account and then clicking Account Details just below e account balance.
  5. Click Submit.

If you paid using mycardinfo.com, contact Collabria Support at 1-855-341-4643—the number that appears on the back of your Mastercard.   

However, if you paid using online banking, please call our Contact Centre at 1-888-597-8083 and a representative will be able to assist you. 

Any designated ABR should contact Collabria to request Mycardinfo login credentials for any Consolidated Pay Business credit card account. Collabria will create your Mycardinfo account and email the login credentials to the ABR. Individual cardholders under a Consolidated Pay setup can self-register in mycardinfo.com to view their own card transactions but cannot make payments.

After you have activated your new Collabria Mastercard, the primary cardholder or Account Business Representative (ABR) can apply for a different credit limit by contacting Collabria Support at 1-855-341-4643—the number that appears on the back of your new Mastercard.

If you have a Consolidated Pay account and have registered with mycardinfo.com , the Account Business Representatives (ABR) can adjust the individual card limits to the combined total of the control account limit.
